Christina Garcia Henshaw focuses her legal practice on special education and related matters. She provides legal guidance to school boards and district administrators on due process hearings, admission, review, dismissal committee meetings, and various compliance issues.
Christina grew up in Houston and is a proud graduate of the Klein Independent School District. Prior to joining Walsh Gallegos and to her work in special education, Christina spent ten years representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in all aspects of bankruptcy matters.
Before attending law school at the University of Texas School of Law, she had earned a double major in international business and marketing with a minor in economics from Loyola University Chicago.
