Gigi Driscoll focuses her legal practice primarily on the representation of school districts in special education and Section 504 litigation. In addition to litigation, she works with districts on compliance issues and in drafting special education policies and procedures to comply with state and federal regulations.
Prior to practicing law, Gigi gained first-hand insights during six years as an educational diagnostician and six years as a general education teacher in Texas public schools.
Gigi is a regular presenter at special education conferences and conducts training programs for school districts across the state of Texas.
