Morgan is a proud product of Pearland ISD. During law school, Morgan gained an interest in public service. Her drive to assist the public translates to her supporting various school districts. Morgan’s practice focuses on representing school districts in governance, student, employment, and business and facilities matters.
Morgan earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where she received the Distinguished Service Award from the University of Houston Law Center Faculty. Before law school, Morgan attended Texas State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish.
Before joining Walsh Gallegos, Morgan worked in the Office of the General Counsel for Lone Star College as a Legal Fellow II and interned at Harris County Attorney’s Office in their General Counsel Division.
