Wesley Nute, Jr. has been a passionate public education advocate throughout his career, having worked with numerous organizations dedicated to our schools, including Teach for America and Leadership ISD. Wesley focuses his legal practice on the representation of school districts in general school law matters, including student and employment issues, governance, and litigation in both state and federal courts.
Wesley earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and currently teaches "Client Communications" at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law.
Prior to joining Walsh Gallegos, Wesley served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas before working in multiple Dallas law firms practicing civil litigation.
