Blake Henshaw is a proud product of the public schools of the State of Texas, and grew up in Haskell, Texas, where he attended Haskell CISD. He attributes his passion for representing school districts to his high school agriculture teacher and football coach, whose powerful impact molded his character and set the compass for his direction in life, including his passion for public schools.

 

Blake focuses his legal practice on the representation of school districts in the areas of general school law, safety and security, real estate, construction, and business transactions. He prides himself on an ability to address complex legal matters with down-to-earth solutions. With extensive litigation experience, Blake is able to analyze transactional matters with an eye for what really matters if you end up in a courtroom.

 

Blake is a frequent presenter at school board trainings, administrator in-service trainings, and state-wide conferences, including those presented by the Texas Association of School Boards.
