Elizabeth G. Neally focuses her legal practice on assisting school districts with employment, civil rights, contracts, student and liability issues, as well as offering expert training for board members, administrators, and staff.

Having practiced law in the Rio Grande Valley for many years, Elizabeth opened the Walsh Gallegos McAllen office. She now practices in San Antonio, continuing to represent school districts throughout south Texas.

Elizabeth’s passion for school law began in law school when she interned with the Illinois Association of School Boards. Upon completing law school in 1986, she began representing school districts and other governmental entities throughout south Texas as litigation and general counsel.
