Karla Schultz is a shareholder in the firm and has been practicing school law in both New Mexico and Texas since 2007. Karla has a lifelong commitment to public schools.
Prior to graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., she was the federal education policy and guidance manager at the National School Boards Association. Karla also taught secondary school in the Albuquerque Public Schools.
A frequent speaker at national, state, and school district audiences, including the New Mexico School Boards Association conferences, Karla focuses her legal practice on a variety of school law topics including employment issues, Constitutional law, district governance, and student matters.
