Walsh Gallegos attorneys know school law. That is what we do; every attorney, every day.
Todd A. Clark represents public entities in the courtroom, successfully guiding responses to lawsuits ranging from volatile employment matters to complex transactional claims and multimillion-dollar False Claims Act allegations.
Todd’s representation often involves administrative proceedings before various federal and state agencies. He has helped shape laws regarding public entity immunity and the delivery of special services to students at the legislative level and in the Texas Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Walsh Gallegos, Todd served the State of Texas as an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant County Attorney. He has taught continuing legal education and worked as a trial advocacy mentor.
