Tony Resendez represents school districts all over the state of Texas with an emphasis on board governance, employment matters, and general school law issues. Tony has attended hundreds of board meetings to advise districts on numerous legal matters.

 

Tony has assisted districts with superintendent searches, construction litigation matters, and served as co-bond counsel for several districts. He has experience in the areas of general corporate law, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. He also served as a director on the board for the Judson Education Foundation.

  

Tony has been a presenter for the State Bar of Texas on governmental liability. He has presented at numerous state-wide school law conferences on board governance, employment, and general school law topics. He also provides training to school districts on employment matters and to school boards on board governance issues.
