Federal regulations regarding sexual harassment under Title IX go into effect on August 14, 2020. These regulations will significantly impact school operations at all levels.  In these sessions we highlight 1) how “sexual harassment” is defined; 2) when is the school district responsible for taking action; 3) how does the Formal Complaint process work; 4) the role of the Title IX Coordinator; 5) How new regulations apply to students with disabilities and 6) why all employees need to be trained about their responsibilities under these regulations. This session is recommended for Title IX Coordinators, superintendents, campus administrators and professional development staff.
