Human Resources Symposium: Documentation Makes the Difference

Human resources professionals know clear communication matters. But do you recognize documentation as an essential communications tool? Join us to find out how you can improve documentation to drive human resources success.

Human resources objectives can be quickly derailed by a lack of quality, legally required documentation. As the need for documentation permeates nearly every aspect of human resources, it is critical for administrators and supervisors to develop documentation skills.

Walsh Gallegos’ 9th annual HR Symposium focuses on effective documentation for the day-to-day business of human resources. Led by experienced school lawyers, the session will hone your ability to identify common documentation needs and to apply realistic legal strategies.

HR professionals and campus administrators alike will gain foundational knowledge of documentation best practices as well as key strategies for common documentation challenges. Experienced school lawyers will share legal and practical perspectives in areas such as:

•    Personnel investigations and reporting
•    Employee work performance evaluation
•    Ultimate employment decision support

This year, your registration includes a not-to-be-missed interactive lunch panel. Walsh Gallegos attorneys will discuss real-world documentation scenarios and offer best practice suggestions with participation from the audience.
